The substance that makes the red pepper so sharp is capsaicin. This compound is contained in the seed lists. There are different types, flavors and colors of peppers, each with their own sharpness. At MG Fruit we mainly focus on the red and green chilies.

Just like the bell pepper, the chili pepper is born green. As it ripens, the pepper changes from green to red and becomes sweeter in taste. The red or Spanish pepper is an important ingredient for spicy dishes. Make sure to include the seed lists for this.
